The service
NewFutureTakes Lead Radar identifies potential B2B opportunities from public business signals. Results are informational and may be incomplete, delayed or inaccurate.
Customer responsibility
Customers must verify information before acting and follow applicable privacy, marketing and communications laws. Access may not be shared, resold, scraped or used unlawfully.
Accounts
Accounts require a verified email. You can complete your signal profile before subscribing. Running scans requires an active subscription. We may suspend access to protect the service, customers or public data sources.
Availability and liability
The service is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability or commercial results. To the extent permitted by law, NewFutureTakes is not liable for decisions based solely on a generated lead.
Intellectual property
The platform, branding, original source code, texts, interface, documentation and other protected materials belong to NewFutureTakes or its licensors. Access grants only a limited, personal and non-transferable right for internal business use. Copying, reproducing, reverse engineering, reselling or creating a competing service from protected materials is prohibited.
Confidential methods
Non-public prompts, source-selection methods, verification rules, scoring logic and internal documentation are confidential business information. Users may not attempt to extract, disclose or publish these methods.
